Roasted cauliflower recipe

This roasted cauliflower is a very light, healthy and tasty side dish. If you are on a diet, try this delicious recipe! You will be amazed to find out how easy it is.

roasted cauliflower ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

INGREDIENTS

  • cauliflower
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Wash the cauliflower and slice it horizontally.

Put the slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet covered with baking paper.

DSCF1909Drizzle oil onto the cauliflower slices and season with pepper.

DSCF1910Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven and cook for about 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and season with salt.

Serve the roasted cauliflower immediately while still warm.
