ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
INGREDIENTS
- cauliflower
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Wash the cauliflower and slice it horizontally.
Put the slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Drizzle oil onto the cauliflower slices and season with pepper.
Remove from the oven and season with salt.
Serve the roasted cauliflower immediately while still warm.
