SMALL PIZZAS WITHOUT YEAST
INGREDIENTS
- 270 g self-rising flour
- 250 g whole milk yoghurt
- tomato puree
- mozzarella cheese
- oregano
- fine salt
- extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl (or in an electric mixer) combine self-rising flour, yoghurt and a generous pinch of salt.
Knead until you have a smooth dough.
Put some flour on your clean work surface and stretch the dough using a rolling pin. Then cut the dough into circles.
Put these circles on a large baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Put on each circle a light layer of tomato puree and some pieces of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with oregano and add a drop of olive oil.
Bake for about 15 minutes (exact cooking time depends on your oven) at 200°.
