SLICED CHICKEN BREAST WITH MILK
INGREDIENTS
- 4/5 slices of chicken breast
- ½ onion
- flour 00
- dry white wine
- a glass of milk
- extra virgin olive oil
- parsley
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Wash parsley, dry and chop it finely. Put aside.
Chop onion, too.
Lightly salt the slices of chicken breast and coat them with flour.
Add the slices of chicken breast.
Cook them until golden brown, then turn them over and brown the other side. Add some white wine and simmer until reduced.
Add the milk and cook at medium-low heat.
When the sauce starts reducing, add some parsley, a grind of black pepper and a pinch of salt (if necessary).
You can serve these slices of chicken breast with a salad or roasted potatoes.
