The pear cake is really easy to make and it is also light, as it contains no butter or oil. Substitute regular sugar with stevia for an even lighter cake!
- 2 eggs
- 27 g stevia (or 80 g sugar)
- 125 ml yogurt
- 200 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3-4 pears
- icing sugar q.s.
Beat the eggs with stevia (or sugar).
Add yogurt and continue to beat.
Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and finally the pears cut into small pieces.
Put the dough in a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
