This cocoa coconut cake is perfect for everybody, but especially for vegans and for people who are lactose intolerant, since there are no eggs and butter in it! It’s easy to do and you will love it!
Cocoa Coconut Cake
Ingredients (28 cm cake tin):
1 + 1/2 cup flour
1 + 1/2 cup water
3/4 + 1/3 cup coconut flour
3/4 + 1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
16 g baking powder
Procedure:
Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa. Add sugar, coconut and water.
Mix well and pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 170° for about 30 minutes.
