Chocolate chips are very expensive, that’s why I decided to make homemade chocolate chips! The procedure is really easy. You only need to be patient, because it’s easy to make them, but it takes time… 🙂
250 g dark chocolate
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Form a cone with parchment paper and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
When the chocolate has melted, transfer it to the cone.
Place the cone on the baking sheet and release a drop of chocolate. Continue this way until the chocolate is finished.
Let the chocolate chips cool and then store them in an airtight container. Keep it away from the radiator! 😉
