300 g grated carrots
300 g almond flour
300 g sugar
80 g flour
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of baking powder
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Combine the grated carrots, almond flour, salt and flour.
Beat egg whites, add them to the mixture and then add the baking powder.
Bake at 170° for 35-40 minutes (I baked it for 35 minutes, then I left the cake in the closed oven for 5 minutes).
Once cool, put icing sugar on the Carrot Almond Cake and serve.
