The banana smoothie is perfect for breakfast. Its colour will make you smile even if the weather is bad! ūüôā

Smoothies are perfect to drink during the summer months. I like to enjoy them for breakfast or also in the afternoon, instead of an ice cream. The real reason why I tried the banana smoothie is because I had to extract¬†my wisdom tooth and for about 1 week I wasn’t able to eat solid food and to chew… that had a positive effect on my body, it has been like a strong diet and I lost a couple of kilos. ūüėČ

Banana smoothie

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 250 ml¬†milk
  • 80 g¬†peeled banana
  • 1 tsp¬†honey


Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. Put the banana in a blender with milk and honey, and blend for about 30 seconds. Serve the banana smoothie immediately.
