Preparazione
Inserite in una ciotola le uova a temperatura ambiente, lo zucchero, la scorza di un limone e il pizzico di sale, lavorate con le fruste elettriche fino ad ottenere un composto chiaro e spumoso.
Aggiungete il mascarpone e continuate a mescolare.
Inserite la farina setacciata e il lievito a più riprese, amalgamate bene.
Lavate bene le pesche ben tagliate una pesca a pezzettini e unite all’impasto mescolando bene.
Versate l’impasto in una teglia imburrata e infarinata da 24 cm.
Tagliate a spicchi sottili le altre pesche decorare la torta, aggiungete una spolverata di zucchero in superficie.
Infornate in forno preriscaldato a 180° per 45 minuti, fate sempre la prova stecchino perché non tutti forni sono gli stessi.
A cottura ultimata sfornate, fate raffreddare completamente, trasferite su un piatto di portata, spolverizzate di zucchero a velo e servite.

250 g mascarpone
1 lemon zest
1 pinch of salt
180 g sugar

Place the eggs at room temperature, the sugar, the zest of a lemon and a pinch of salt in a bowl, work with the electric whisk until a light and frothy mixture is obtained.
Add the mascarpone and keep stirring.
Insert the sifted flour and baking powder several times, mix well.
Wash the neatly cut peaches well and cut them into small pieces and mix well.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured 24 cm pan.
Cut the other peaches into thin wedges, decorate the cake, add a sprinkling of sugar on the surface.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 45 minutes, always do the toothpick test because not all ovens are the same.
When cooked, take out of the oven, allow to cool completely, transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
