Preparazione
PREPARAZIONE IMPASTO CROSTATA
Sbattete le uova con lo zucchero e un pizzico di sale fino a renderle chiare e spumose.
Unite l’olio a filo, quando sarà assorbito completamente unite il latte a filo.
Incorporate al composto, poco per volta, la farina setacciata con il lievito.
Imburrate e infarinate uno stampo da crostata da 26 cm, distribuite il composto nello stampo, infornate in forno preriscaldato a 180° statico per 20/25 minuti. Fate sempre la prova stecchino.
Sfornate e fate raffreddare completamente.
PREPARAZIONE BAGNA
In un pentolino versate l’acqua, mettetelo sul fuoco, unite lo zucchero, mescolate, fate sciogliere lo zucchero senza raggiungere il bollore, spegnete il fuoco, fate raffreddare completamente
PREPARAZIONE SCIROPPO
Versate in un pentolino l’acqua e lo zucchero e fate sciogliere a fuoco dolce, mescolate.
Quando inizierà a bollire aggiungete il succo di limone filtrato e lasciate ridurre per 2/3 minuti, spegnete e fate raffreddare.
COMPOSIZIONE CROSTATA MORBIDA
Mettete la base su di un piatto da portata, bagnate con la vostra bagna.
Spalmate uno strato di confettura di pesche, decorate con la frutta fresca.
Spennellate la frutta con lo sciroppo. Conservate in frigorifero fino al momento di servire.

TART DOUGH PREPARATION

Add the oil slowly, when it is completely absorbed add the milk slowly.
Gradually add the sifted flour with baking powder to the mixture.
Grease and flour a 26 cm tart mold, distribute the mixture in the mold, bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° static for 20/25 minutes. Always do the toothpick test.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
WET PREPARATION
Pour the water into a saucepan, put it on the stove, add the sugar, stir, melt the sugar without reaching a boil, turn off the heat, let it cool completely
SYRUP PREPARATION
Pour the water and sugar into a saucepan and melt over low heat, stir.
When it starts to boil, add the filtered lemon juice and let it reduce for 2/3 minutes, turn off and let it cool.
SOFT TART COMPOSITION
Put the base on a serving dish, wet with your syrup.
Spread a layer of peach jam, decorated with fresh fruit.
