Preparazione
Preparazione crema pasticcera: In una pentola sbattete i tuorli con lo zucchero sino ad ottenere una crema chiara e soffice, incorporate la farina e diluite poco alla volta con il latte, incorporate i semi della bacca di vaniglia.
Mettete la pentola sul fuoco a fiamma bassa e portate a ebollizione senza mai smettere di mescolare, levate dal fuoco e continuate a mescolare per un minuto. Trasferite in una ciotola e coprite con la pellicola a contatto, fate raffreddare completamente.
Preparazione bagna: In un pentolino inserite l’acqua con lo zucchero, trasferite sul fuoco, fate sciogliere lo zucchero.
Spegnete il fuoco, fate intiepidire, aggiungete l’Alchermes e mescolate.
Assemblaggio zuppa inglese: Immergete velocemente i savoiardi nel liquore ma senza inzupparli troppo.
Realizzate il primo strato con i savoiardi, coprite con uno strato di crema pasticcera.
Realizzare un secondo strato Inzuppate i savoiardi e coprite con la restante crema.
Ponete la zuppa inglese in frigorifero per un paio d’ore.
Prima di servire la zuppa inglese, grattugiate sulla superficie dello cioccolato fondente.

160 g sugar
80 g flour 00
800 g milk
1 vanilla pod
250 g ladyfingers
q.s. dark chocolate

200 ml of water

Custard preparation: In a saucepan, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a light and soft cream, add the flour and dilute a little at a time with the milk, add the seeds of the vanilla bean.
Put the saucepan over low heat and bring to a boil without ever stopping stirring, remove from the heat and continue stirring for a minute. Transfer to a bowl and cover with cling film, let cool completely.
Wet preparation: In a saucepan, add the water with the sugar, transfer to the heat, melt the sugar.
Turn off the heat, let it cool, add the Alchermes and stir.
English soup assembly: Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the liqueur but without soaking them too much.
Make the first layer with the ladyfingers, cover with a layer of custard.
Make a second layer. Soak the ladyfingers and cover with the remaining cream.
Put the trifle in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Before serving the trifle, grate the surface of the dark chocolate.
