Srotolate la pasta sfoglia e con una rondella dentata tagliate a croce ricavando 8 triangoli. Disponete un po di prosciutto cotto e scamorza a dadini. Arrotolate ben stretti partendo dalla base. Su una teglia ricoperta con la stessa carta forno della sfoglia appoggiate i cornetti con la chiusura verso il basso lasciando spazio tra di loro. Spennellate con un uovo sbattuto. Infornate in forno preriscaldato a 180° per 15/20 minuti fino a doratura. Servite tiepidi
