Today I present a really amazing recipe, of a goodness and above all absurd ease. Before I present the recipe, however, I want to explain what I’m going to show you.
The company Kitchenbossglobal sent me the fabulous Sous Vide G320 able to cook food at low temperature.
What does that mean? Every food must be inserted in a bag that then must go vacuum, this bag keeps all the properties of our dish without affecting the goodness as it holds all the liquids inside.
This way of cooking is revolutionary because it maintains a constant temperature between 30 and 40 degrees, choosing quietly from your appliance.
I decided to try to cook the tuna and I have to say it was a bomb. Obviously you will have to chop down each food first (let your fishmonger trust it), or, you burn it immediately thirty seconds in the pan, as I did so as not to affect the decided taste of our dish.

Preparazione

  1. Preparation of fish: first we will have to put the fish in the bags and make the vacuum, you can safely ask in supermarkets, all are equipped with vacuum machines if you do not have one at home, like me.

  2. Now we move to the slow cooking at low temperature: in a large pot or in a tub, hooked the sous vide, is equipped with a hook to be immersed in water up to the indicator itself and filled without exceeding the notch.

    Now we plug in and our tool will turn on, has a technological displey that helps us in choosing the dishes, really very useful. I placed on tuna, but there is also meat eggs and much more.

  3. Once you press start the sous will start to heat the water until you get to the temperature that is written on the screen (43 degrees), once you reach the temperature will start the cout down on the reverse and will start cooking at low temperature, always constant.

    Our tuna is ready. You can serve it like this or slightly sear it in a pan to give the note of crunchiness, or add sesame seeds, quinoa or whatever you like.
