Il rotolo di frittata è un secondo piatto facile da preparare e sfizioso, ed sicuramente un modo originale per portare in tavola uno dei piatti della tradizione italiana. Perfetto anche come un gustoso antipasto o anche per un buffet, si può preparare in tanti modi diversi a seconda dei gusti e delle occasioni. Quella che vi propongo oggi è una versione calda: rotolo di frittata con spinaci prosciutto cotto e provola affumicata. Vediamo insieme come prepararlo!

Ingredienti
- 300spinaci freschi puliti (o 4 cubetti surgelati)
- 6Uova
- 3 cucchiaiParmigiano reggiano
- q.b.Sale
- q.b.Olio extravergine d’oliva (per spennellare la carta forno)
Per la farcitura
- 100 gProsciutto cotto di praga
- 100 gProvola affumicata
Preparazione
Accendete il forno a 180°
1) Lessate in poca acqua gli spinaci, freschi o surgelati, per 3 minuti.
2) Scolate e fate raffreddare, e strizzate bene per eliminare l’acqua in eccesso.
3) Inseriteli nel boccale del mixer e frullate finemente.
4) In una ciotola rompete e sbattete per bene le uova , aggiungete il parmigiano e regolate di sale. Inserite gli spinaci frullati e continuate a sbattere energicamente.
5) Inserite la frittata in una teglia rettangolare ricoperta con carta forno spennellata con olio e livellate bene.
6) Infornate e cuocete in forno a 180° per 15 minuti.
7) Estraete la frittata dal forno e spostate delicatamente su un piano con la carta forno.
8) Inserite il prosciutto e la provola affettati arrotolate delicatamente dalla parte più lunga aiutandovi con la carta forno, ed inserite in forno per 5/7 minuti il tempo di far sciogliere la provola.
9) Togliete dal forno e tagliate a fette, servite subito a tavola.

1) Boil the fresh or frozen spinach in a little water for 3 minutes.
2) Drain and let cool, and squeeze well to remove excess water.
3) Insert them in the mixing bowl and blend finely.
4) In a bowl, break and beat the eggs well, add the Parmesan and season with salt. Place the spinach smoothies and keep beating vigorously.
5) Insert the omelette in a rectangular baking pan covered with parchment paper brushed with oil and leveled well.
6) Bake and bake at 180 ° for 15 minutes.
7) Take the omelette out of the oven and gently move it to a level with the baking paper.
8) Insert the sliced ham and provola delicately rolled from the longest part with the help of parchment paper, and put in the oven for 5/7 minutes the time to melt the provola.
9) Remove from the oven and cut into slices, serve immediately at the table
