- 200 gMascarpone
- 100 gPanna fresca liquida
- 50 mlCaffè
- 50 gZucchero a velo
- 1 cucchiainoCaffè solubile
Per la bagna
- 100 mlAcqua
- 50 mlCaffè
- 40 gZucchero
Preparazione
PREPARAZIONE CROSTATA:
Preparate il caffè, tenete da parte. Sbattete le uova con lo zucchero e un pizzico di sale fino a renderle chiare e spumose.
Unite l’olio a filo, quando sarà assorbito completamente unite il latte a filo e il caffè.
Incorporate al composto, poco per volta, la farina setacciata con il lievito.
Imburrate e infarinate uno stampo da crostata da 26 cm, distribuite il composto nello stampo, infornate in forno preriscaldato a 180° statico per 20/25 minuti. Fate sempre la prova stecchino.
Sfornate e fate raffreddare completamente.
PREPARAZIONE BAGNA
Preparate il caffè, trasferite in una ciotola, inserite lo zucchero nel caffè mescolate per farlo sciogliere, diluite con l’acqua, mescolate.
PREPARAZIONE CREMA AL MASCARPONE
Mettete in una ciotola il mascarpone con lo zucchero e il caffè amalgamate bene con lo sbattitore elettrico.
Inserite la panna nel mascarpone e montate. La crema è pronta.
FARCITURA CROSTATA
Capovolgete la crostata su un piatto da portata, bagnate la base della torta con la bagna, inserite in una sac à poche la crema al mascarpone, riempite la base di crema, ponete in frigorifero per almeno un’ora.
Prima di servire cospargete con cacao amaro in polvere, decorate con chicchi di caffè ricoperti di cioccolato.

50 g icing sugar
1 teaspoon instant coffee
For the wet
100 ml water
50 ml Coffee
40 g sugar
TART PREPARATION:
Prepare the coffee, keep aside. Beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until they are clear and frothy.
Add the oil flush, when it is completely absorbed, add the milk flush and the coffee.
Incorporate the sieved flour with the baking powder gradually.
Grease and flour a 26 cm tart mold, distribute the mixture in the mold, bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° static for 20/25 minutes. Always do the toothpick test.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
BATH PREPARATION
Prepare the coffee, transfer to a bowl, add the sugar to the coffee, stir to let it dissolve, dilute with the water, mix.
PREPARATION OF MASCARPONE CREAM
Put the mascarpone with the sugar and the coffee in a bowl and mix well with the electric mixer.
Insert the cream in the mascarpone and whip. The cream is ready.
PASTRY FILLING
Turn the tart upside down on a serving plate, wet the base of the cake with the water, put the mascarpone cream in a piping bag, fill the base with cream, put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Before serving sprinkle with bitter cocoa powder, decorated with coffee beans covered with chocolate.
