This valerian and cranberries salad si easy and quick to prepare, especially if you buy the valerian already selected and washed.
Otherwise, wash and dry the valerian and place in a salad bowl.
Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
Add dried cranberries and almonds and top with balsamic vinegar glaze.
