Season the veal slices with salt and pepper, but remember that prosciutto is salty, so do not use much salt.
Cover each slice of veal with a slice of prosciutto.
Roll up the veal slices and seal the ends with two toothpicks.
Place 2 sage leaves on each roll.
Heat the olive oil in a nonstick pan, add the rolls and cook, over medium heat, turning them.
When the rolls are brown, add the wine and cook for a few minutes.
Cover the pan and cook the rolls, over medium-low heat, for about 15 minutes.
Serve the veal rolls stuffed with prosciutto hot, spraying with the cooking sauce !
