Ingredients

- 600 g plaice fillets
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 dry chilli
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup fish broth
- salt, pepper

Plaice fillets with cherry tomatoes, a light and tasty dish!
Wash the plaice fillets, gently pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in two pieces.
Wash the parsley, dry gently and chop finely.
Peel the garlic and onion and chop.
Pour the olive oil in a pan, add onion and garlic, chilli, cherry tomatoes, parsley, fish broth, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Cook the sauce over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Place the plaice fillets in the pan and cook, covered, over medium-low heat for 6-7 minutes, spraying occasionally with the sauce. No need to turn the plaice fillets.
Serve plaice fillets with cherry tomatoes hot!
