- 600 g dogfish
- 200 ml tomato sauce
- 8 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt, pepper

Cut the dogfish into slices, if you have not bought it already cut. Wash and drain.
Pour the olive oil in a pan, heat and saute he garlic cloves peeled and lightly crushed.
Add the tomato sauce, salt and cook for 5-8 minutes over medium-low heat, until the sauce is slightly dried.
Add the slices of dogfish, salt, pepper, and let cook, over medium-low heat and covered pan, for about ten minutes, turning the fish slices at least once.
If the slices are large, cook for 15 minutes.
Serve stewed dogfish hot!
