Mixed salad with cheese

Ingredients

- 100 g valerian leaves
- 1 bunch radishes
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup corn
- 1 lettuce
- 200 g asiago cheese
- olive oil
- vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt, pepper

Wash the lettuce, let it drain and cut into small pieces.
Wash the valerian leaves. Wash the radishes and cut in slices.
Wash and peel the cucumber. Cut into slices.
Wash the tomatoes and cut into cloves.
Cut the cheese into cubes.
Pour some olive oil, enough to dress the salad, in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons vinegar and 1 teaspoon mustard. Whisk the sauce to mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Place on a serving dish some lettuce and above all the salad ingredients. Season with mustard sauce, stir and serve!
Advice
- I made this salad with asiago cheese. You can use any cheese you like, such as mozzarella or Emmentaler.
- I prepared salad dressing with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and I assure you that it was very good!
