Breaded baked chicken breasts recipe
A breaded baked chicken breasts recipe with lemon, olive oil, garlic and parsley, for a light main dish , very tasty and easy to prepare. A few simple ingredients that make the chicken breast stender and tasty. An excellent dish for a quick lunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients
- 4 slices boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 100 g bread crumbs
- 1/4 glass olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1/2 lemon juice
- salt, pepper
Preparation
Pour olive oil and lemon juice, sifted through, into a bowl.
Add garlic and parsley, finely chopped, and beat well with a whisk to emulsify.
Season both sides of the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, and leave them for a while in the sauce of olive oil and lemon.
Remove the chicken breasts from the sauce, dripping the excess and dip them in the breadcrumbs, turn to coat, and press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to adhere.
Place the breaded chicken breasts on a baking dish and cook in a preheated oven, at 180 °C (356° F), for 15-20 minutes, turning once, so both sides get golden brown.
Your breaded chicken breasts baked are ready to be tasted!
Serve hot with the side dish you prefer.
Advice
If you have time, leave the chicken breasts masked by the sauce of olive oil and lemon for a while, so they will become more tender and tasty.
You could also prepare them in the morning, to cook for lunch.
However, if you decide to prepare them at the last minute, do not worry, the breaded chicken in the oven is delicious anyway.
