Tagliolini with porcini, italian recipe

Another italian recipe, but you know, i am italian so … 🙂 However I am curious and I try very often new recipes, this one is a really tasty one and I think I will do again this Tagliolini with porcini.

Ingredients: for 2

  • 250 gr  tagliolini
  • 1 jar of walnut sauce
  • parsley
  • white wine
  • 200 gr porcini
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • oil

Let’s do it!

Let’s start warming in a frying pan some oil with the clove of garlic for just 1 minute, add porcini and the parsley, giving them the time to be cooked ( they need just few minutes if they are frozen), meanwhile you have to mix them constantly.

The next step is to simmer with white wine until reduced, and then to cover it giving it the possibility to cook for more or less 10 minutes.

In the meantime you can cook your pasta as usual, when it will be ready, strain it and add it in the frying pot with porcini, add the walnut sauce and cook all until creamy.

Put your Tagliolini with porcini in the dishes and put on the top some cutted parsley.

Finally you can eat this very good meal!
