Barley’s Soup, tasty recipe

This recipe is among my favourites one in this period, when outside is cold and you  try to warm yourself in all the possible ways. This barley’s soup has all the vegetables I like, and I hope you will like it too, it’s easy to be done, and also quite fast, last but not least it is very tasty!

Ingredients: for 2

 

  • 1 carot
  • 1 celery
  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • 150 gr berley
  • oil
  • 500 ml broth
  • parsley

 

Let’s do it!

 

First of all, you have to cut the onion in small pieces and brouwn it in a frying pan with few oil, then add the carrot and the celery already cutted in cubes, next add the barley and the broth.

Cook all for mor or less 30 minutes with a medium fire, it’s better to warm some water, just in case you need it, if the broth in the frying pan finish. Add some salt if it’s too sweet.

Put it in dishes and add some oil and some minced parsley, your barley’s soup is ready to be eaten!
