Ingredients:
- 300 gr of white rise
- 200 gr of ricotta
- 1 spoon of olive oil
- 2 spoons of Parmesan
- salt
- 1 spoon of butter
- 1 egg
- 4 sliced ham
- 4 sliced cheese
Directions:
- Pour rice in boiling water and add salt. Cook for 14 minutes
- Drain rice and wait 5 minutes
- Combine egg, olive oil, rice and ricotta
- Butter a baking pan and pour half cooked rice
- Add sliced ham and sliced cheese in the middle
- Cover with rice and put Parmesan and butter on top
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
