Ingredienti:
3 uova
100 gr zucchero
1 pizzico di sale
150 g di farina
1 bustina di vanillina (o fiala)
70 gr olio o burro
50 gr di fecola di patate
200 ml di yogurt bianco
1 bustina di lievito per dolci
marmellata e zucchero a velo per decorare
ricetta: sbattere le uova con lo zucchero finché sono spumose. Aggiungere l’olio o burro fuso e lo yogurt. Quando è tutto ben amalgamato aggiungere la fecola e poi la farina con il lievito e sale. Infine, la vanillina.( per un risultato extrasoffice, i bianchi montateli a parte e aggiungeteli solo alla fine). Informate a 180 per 40 minuti. Tagliate a metà la torta e farcitela con la marmellata, si manterrà morbida e non serviranno creme per accompagnarla.
Yogurtcake

100 gr sugar
1 pinch of sale
150 g of flour
1 sachet of vanillin (or vial)
70 gr oil or butter
50 gr of potato starch
200 ml of plain yogurt
1 sachet of baking powder
jam and powdered sugar to decorate
recipe: beat the eggs with the sugar until they are foamy. Add the melted oil or butter and the yogurt. When everything is well blended, add the starch and then the flour with the baking powder and salt. Finally, the vanillin. (For an extra soft result, whip the whites separately and add them only at the end). Inform at 180 for 40 minutes. Cut the cake in half and fill it with the jam, it will keep soft and no creams will be needed to accompany it.
