Easy Spinach Lasagna recipe

Hey there!

If you love Spinach Lasagna this is the recipe! This dish is vegetarian, quick and easy so you don’t need to cook like a pro in order to make it. I prepared and ate it yesterday during my mukbang

Let’s start !

Servings : 3-4

Prep time: 20 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes 


  • 350 grams of fresh spinach
  • 300 grams of ricotta cheese
  • 2 medium mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 pack of ready-to-use fresh lasagne sheets
  • 40 grams of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2  chopped onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 spoons extra virgin olive oil


In a pot add extra virgin olive oil, chopped onion and chopped garlic. Pour the tomato sauce after 2 minutes and cook it for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile cook spinach in boiling water for 7 minutes and add salt. Drain spinach and add ricotta cheese, one egg, some black pepper, and grated parmesan cheese in a bowl. Mix everything  with a spoon (you can blend spinach and ricotta for few seconds too). Slice mozzarella and start making lasagna layers. Start with tomato sauce, pasta layer, spinach cream , mozzarella , grated cheese and pasta again. Repeat untill you finish the spinach cream you prepared. On top you must add tomato sauce and lot of grated parmesan cheese. Cook in a pre heated oven for 30 minutes at 180° Celsius degree. I made 4 layers of pasta and 3 of spinach cream. The result is a cheesy and tasty Lasagna recipe.
