INSALATA DI ORZO E FARRO

Un insalata di cereali fresca e veloce, ottima per un picnic. Si prepara con quello che abbiamo in casa e piu’ ci piace.

Possiamo condirla con piselli, verdure grigliate, tonno, legumi, pesce, mozzarella, pomodori insomma possiamo liberare la fantasia.

 Ingredienti:

-orzo170gr.;
– farro 170gr.
-lenticchie precotte;
-1 scatoletta di tonno.
-verdure grigliate a piacere;
-basilico qualche foglia;
-pepe, sale e olio qb.;

Procedimento:
1.Cuocere l’orzo e il farro insieme in pentola a pressione con 700ml d’acqua x 15 minuti,
oppure in pentola classica secondo le istruzioni.
2. Lasciare raffreddare e condire con olio, sale, basilico, pepe, lenticchie, tonno e verdure grigliate.
