   PATATE SABBIOSE

Ingredienti:
-patate a piacere;

-rosmarino un mazzetto;

-olio evo qb;

-sale qb;

-pan grattato qb.
Procedimento:
1.Sbucciare le patate, tagliarle prima a meta’ e poi a spicchi infine tagliare gli spicchi a meta’.

2.Lavare le patate sotto l’acqua corrente.
3.Metterle in una teglia con abbondante olio, salare e mettere il rosmarino tagliato molto sottile e il pan grattato, mescolare bene il tutto e mettere in forno a 200° per 30 min.
4.Se volte velocizzare la cottura mettete le patate in acqua bollente per 2 min. scolarle e procedere come
descritto sopra.
