Per una cena dell’ultimo minuto questo velocissimo antipasto è perfetto: fresco, colorato e delizioso. L’avocado con prosciutto crudo lascerà i vostri ospiti a bocca… piena! Oltretutto oltre ad essere veramente buono l’avocado ha numerose proprietà benefiche per il nostro organismo, anche se è considerato il burro dei messicani e quindi molto calorico, viene consigliato alle donne in gravidanza grazie all’elevato contenuto di acido folico, indispensabile per la corretta crescita del nascituro.
INGREDIENTI
Avocado maturo 1
Prosciutto crudo o culatello 1 confezione
PREPARAZIONE
Iniziate la preparazione di questo velocissimo antipasto tagliando a metà, per il lungo, l’avocado,
aiutandovi con un cucchiaino estraete il nocciolo e togliete la buccia.
Se il frutto è maturo al punto giusto la buccia verrà via senza nemmeno il bisogno di un coltello. A questo punto tagliate le due metà dell’avocado a fettine
e su ognuna di queste arrotolate una striscia di prosciutto crudo o culatello.
Ecco pronto da servire il vostro avocado con prosciutto crudo. Più facile di così! Buon appetito!!!
