Il segreto della riuscita di questo piatto?! Gli aromi! Il coniglio al forno è un piatto semplice da preparare dove l’unica cosa a cui prestare attenzione sono gli aromi che renderanno il piatto davvero unico. Potete sbizzarrirvi e liberare la fantasia, creando ogni volta un piatto diverso.
INGREDIENTI X 2
Coniglio in parti 1 kg
Cipolla rossa 1/2
Olio evo q.b.
Farina q.b.
Sale grosso aromatizzato al peperoncino q.b.
Pepe misto in grani q.b.
Rosmarino q.b.
Curry q.b.
Vino bianco q.b.
PREPARAZIONE
Iniziate la preparazione del vostro coniglio al forno infarinandolo per bene,
poi in una padella antiaderente fate soffriggere la cipolla con un po’ di olio, aggiungete il coniglio e fate rosolare per bene da tutti i lati,
sfumate con un goccio di vino bianco e lasciate evaporare.
Trasferite ora, il vostro coniglio, in una teglia da forno e insaporite con il sale grosso, il pepe in grani, il rosmarino e un pizzico di curry.
Infornate a 180° per 15 minuti, poi girate i pezzi di carne e proseguite la cottura per altri 15/20 minuti. Trascorso questo tempo sfornate e servite il vostro coniglio al forno. Buon appetito!
