130g all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
115g grated cheddar (or parmisan)
250 g milk
1 egg
Method
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Add the cheese.
- Blend together egg and milk and then add the mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Place the dough in the muffin cases. Bake at 220°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
