A super yummy recipe for an apero with your friends, These cheese muffins are good both served cold or warm for a cheese pull.

Ingredients

  • 130g all purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 115g grated cheddar (or parmisan)

  • 250 g milk

  • 1 egg

Method

  • Mix the dry ingredients.
  • Add the cheese.
  • Blend together egg and milk and then add the mixture to the dry ingredients.
  • Place the dough in the muffin cases. Bake at 220°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
