The smell of homemade bread is special. This recipe is gluten free and the elderflower syrup gives to the dough a delicate flavour. This bread is pefect both for a sweet breakfast and a savory snack.

Ingredients
500 g gluten-free mix (e.g. Schär)
430 ml diluted elderflower syrup
30 g olive oil
6 g salt
10 g dry yeast
Method
- In a mixer with a dough hook mix syrup, oil and salt.
- Add the flour mix and then the dry yeast,
- Knead the dough for 2 minutes and a half.
- Butter a 30 cm baking casserole and put the dough in it.
- Wrap the casserole with clingfilm and let rise for 45 minutes.
- Put a container of water (100ml) in the oven and preheat to 200°C.
- Bake the bread for 50 minutes.
