Ingredients
130 g all-purpose-flour
85 g sugar
5 g baking powder
45 g coconut flour
1.5 g salt
120 g coconut milk
50 g dark chocolate
8 g cocoa powder
1 egg substitute
PROCEDURA
- Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the egg substitute (rehydrated) and stir.
- Add coconut milk and mix well.
- Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly before adding it to the mixture and stir.
- Fill 2/3 of the muffin cups.
- Bake about 20 minutes (180°C).
