Crispy baked artichokes are a very tasty side dish. They are a favourite dish in my house because we all love the taste of artichokes and this is a great way to cook them! Very few ingredients are needed. You can also cook them beforehand and serve them cold; they will taste even better! 🙂
This time I used frozen artichoke hearts; if you want, you can use fresh ones.

Ingredients of crispy baked antichokes
artichoke hearts
breadcrumbs
1 small bunch of parsley
evo oil
salt
Passaggi
Place the artichokes in a baking tray with baking paper.
Sprinkle the artichokes with breadcrumbs.
Pour a lot of oil over the artichokes. Don’t be stingy! You need oil in this recipe and you need it for the breadcrumbs to make a nice crust!
Add a few finely chopped parsley leaves. Salt to taste. Sprinkle with a little pepper if you like! Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees using the ventilated function.
Crispy baked antichokes are ready when they have formed a nice crispy crust!
