- 1. 1 litro di latte vegetale (preferibilmente aromatizzato alla vaniglia)
- 2. 120 gr di amido di mais
- 3. 100 gr di margarina vegetale o olio di semi
- 4. 180 gr di zucchero
- 5. 1 pizzico di sale
- 6. la buccia di un limone non trattato
- Procedimento completo:
- 1. Metti nel boccale del Monsieur Cuisine 100 ml di latte e la buccia di un limone. Avvia il programma “personalizzato” a 60°C, velocità 1, lame a sinistra, per 4 minuti.
- 2. Una volta terminato il ciclo, rimuovi le bucce di limone e aggiungi tutti gli altri ingredienti insieme, nel boccale.
- 3. Avvia il programma di cottura “personalizzato” a velocità 3, a 95°C, per 12 minuti. Una volta completata la cottura, la tua crema pasticciera vegana sarà pronta per essere utilizzata come farcia per i tuoi dolci preferiti o gustata da sola.

– 120g of cornstarch
– 100g of vegetable margarine or seed oil
– 180g of sugar
– A pinch of salt
– Zest of an untreated lemon
Complete Procedure:
1. In the Monsieur Cuisine bowl, pour 100ml of milk and add the lemon zest. Start the “custom” program at 60°C, speed 1, blades on the left, for 4 minutes.
2. Once the cycle is finished, remove the lemon zest and add all the other ingredients into the bowl.
