Hi guys, here’s the recipe for yummy pork loin rolls, filled with cheese and ham:
Pork loin rolls
Ingredients:
Loin slices ( cut very thin)
Scamorza (italian type of cheese, if you can’t find it you can use another kind of cheese which can easily melt)
Raw ham
Little white onions in vinegar
1 tea spoon of corn flour melted in one shot glass of water
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Method:
1- One by one flavor the loin slices with salt only on one side, then flavor the opposite side with pepper, ham and cheese:
2 – Now roll each slice. There’s No need to keep them closed by using toothpicks if you cut cheese in very thin slices.
3- Fry the onions over low heat with oil and corn flour. (flour will make the sauce a little creamy)
4- Flavor with nutmeg, melt it, then add loin rolls:
5- Cook them for 1-2 minutes on each side and finally your rolls are ready:
