Ingredienti

  • 150 g Lamponi
  • 1 n Pan Di Spagna Dischi
  • .5 dl Panna Da Cucina
  • .6 dl Rhum
  • 200 g Zabaione
  • 40 g Zucchero
  • 120 g Cioccolato Fondente
  • 4 fo Colla Di Pesce

Preparazione
 
Fate ammollare 4 fogli di colla di pesce in acqua fredda. Lavate 150 g di lamponi e frullateli con 2 cucchiai di acqua. Travasate il passato in una ciotola, unite 40 g di zucchero e mescolate.

Strizzate la colla di pesce, mettetela in una casseruola con poca acqua e fatela sciogliere a fuoco lento. Unitela alla salsa di lamponi. Sciogliete a bagnomaria 120 g di cioccolato fondente con 0,5 dl di panna.

Tagliate a meta orizzontalmente 1 disco di pan di Spagna da 300 g e bagnatelo con 0,6 dl di rum. Spalmate il disco inferiore con il cioccolato fuso, ricoprite con 200 g di zabaione e, dopo, con il secondo disco. Spalmate la salsa di lamponi sulla torta e fate raffreddare in frigo per 1 ora e 30 minuti.
