Hi everybody! Today I’ll tell you how to prepare pasta and tuna sauce. Here in Italy it’s a cult, ideal both as hot and cold dish. I think it’s very simple to make and yummy.

Here’s the recipe for our

Pasta and Tuna Sauce

Ingredients for 4 people:

500 ml tomato sauce

2 garlic slices

160 g of canned tuna in oil

80 g pasta per person

olive oil

salt

hot pepper

Method:

-Let’s start preparing the sauce: remove the excess oil from the tuna. Cook for 1 minute the tuna with the garlic cut into little pieces.

-Then add the tomato sauce with a glass of water and flavor with oil, salt and hot pepper:

-Cover it and let it cook for 10 minute at low heat , then partially remove the lid and continue cooking for about 20 min till the sauce becomes dense. (In the meanwhile boil water with salt, then add pasta).

-When the pasta is cooked until just firm, drain it and flavor it with the tuna sauce. And here it is our dish:
