Hi guys! Today I will show you how to prepare classic meatballs with tomato sauce. Let’see the recipe:
Classic Meatballs
Ingredients:
350 ml tomato sauce
1 slice of garlic
450 g ground meat (calf or pork)
1 egg
2 spoon of grated parmesan
parsley
salt
bread
Method:
In a bowl put meat, egg, parmesan, salt and garlic (cut in little pieces). Immerse 2 slice of bread in milk or water, drain it and put it in the bowl. Then melt the ingredients.
Finally add few chopped leaves of parsley and melt them.
Give dough the shape of little balls by using your hands and put them in a pot.
Cover with tomato sauce and flavor with oil and salt.
Cover with a lid and cook at low heat for about 30 minutes. And your meatball are ready ๐ Bon appetit!
