Milk bread

Home made bread is something really special, with this receipe you will obtain a delicious and soft milk bread.

Ingredients

  • 250 g milk (room temperature)

  • 15 g fresh brewer’s yeast

  • 18 g white sugar

  • 35 g butter

  • 500 g all-purpose flour or Manitoba

  • 8 g salt

Method

  • Mix milk, yeast, sugar and butter together and stir.
  • Add flour and salt. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  • Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  • Devide the dought and shape into little balls and let them rise for 2 hours (the volume should be double).
  • Bake at 180 °C for about 15 minutes. It si possible to use both static and fan oven.
