Ingredients
120 g dark chocolate
70 g butter
2 eggs
150 g white sugar
60 g rice flour
30 g potato starch
30 g toasted hazelnuts
Method
- Melt chocolate and butter together, stir and cool.
- Add beaten eggs and stir.
- Add also sugar, rice flour and potato starch while stirring.
- Add the toasted hazelnuts.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
