Brownies don’t need a long introduction, they are just so good, so tasty, so chocolatey! This is a gluten-free version and it has nothing to envy to the classic version of brownies… just try!

Ingredients

  • 120 g dark chocolate

  • 70 g butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 150 g white sugar

  • 60 g rice flour

  • 30 g potato starch

  • 30 g toasted hazelnuts

Method

  • Melt chocolate and butter together, stir and cool.
  • Add beaten eggs and stir.
  • Add also sugar, rice flour and potato starch while stirring.
  • Add the toasted hazelnuts.
  • Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
