Ingredients

  • 125 g roasted oats

  • 15 g puffed rice

  • 50 g raisins

  • 40 g roasted nuts

  • 3 g spirulina powder

  • 100 g honey

Method

  • Blend spirulina and honey together.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 160° C for about 40 minutes, until golden brown.
