Tartare di tonno

tuna_tartar_320Tartare di tonno è un piatto molto leggero e semplice, perfetto come antipasto. L’ingrediente fondamentale è il tonno fresco di alta qualità. E’ possibile diverse versioni di Tonno tartare con arancio oppure limone, e se mai avete scelto il Tartare di tonno per i tuoi amici e’ meglio prepararlo un’ora prima di servire.

Ingredienti per 6 -10

  • 450 gr filetto di tonno fresco
  • Scorza di 1 limone medio, finemente grattugiata
  • Succo di 1/2 limone
  • 40 gr di olio extra vergine di oliva
  • 1 palmo pieno di rametti di finocchio selvatico fresco (se è possibile), tritato
  • Piccolo pizzico di sale



  1. In una piccola ciotola, aggiungere l’olio, succo d’arancia, scorza d’arancia, finocchio e sale quindi mescolare bene.
  2. Asciugare il tonno e’ possibile con qualche tovagliolo di carta.
  3. Tritare il tonno più finemente possibile poi aggiungere alla miscela di olio.
  4. Mescolate bene e versate il tartare il tonno negli stampi da voi scelti, spingendo verso il basso con il dorso di un cucchiaio.
  5. Coprire e conservare in frigorifero per 1 ora.
  6. Capovolgere gli stampi nei piatti di portata e decorate con fette di limone e rametti di finocchio fresco.
  7. Servite immediatamente.

Nearly all foods served at an Italian table have been gathered from someones garden or field, and is then served alongside homemade, pasta, gnocchi, and countless dishes that could not be recounted in this tiny space since each family's knowledge is unique ... well, you can only imagine. I have walked Rome, climbed to the top of the Vatican, seen Milan, Venice, the Cinque Terre, climbed mountains, walked The Path of the Gods, wandered the great city of Napoli, lived on the little Island of Ponza and gathered a pile of friends, family and photographs as well as invalueable experience along the way. I became a new immigrant to the U.S.A on December 15th, 2013. With the support of many great friends and a passion (bordering on obsession), I am here in search of the American Dream and to bring you the natural flavours and vibrant colours of Italy. All my pasta, gnocchi and biscotti are made by hand just as I saw Italians do in homes and good restaurants all over Italy, every day and sometimes, twice a day.
