Abbiamo creato la nostra salsa fresca, proprio lì al mercato quando le persone sono arrivate per raccogliere i prodotti.

Abbiamo creato questa salsa di pomodoro verde grosso in fuga, per così dire, ma abbiamo avuto un ottimo feedback e così ti stiamo trasmettendo la nostra ricetta. Puoi prendere la tua copia dalla nostra scatola di ricette in continua crescita presso The Farm.

Salsa di pomodoro verde Ingredienti:

  • 12 pomodori verdi appena raccolti medi, a temperatura ambiente e tagliati a dadini
  • 4 – 5 spicchi d’aglio medi, tritati finemente
  • 1 mazzo (circa 10) di cipollotti, tritati finemente e comprendenti le buone foglie verdi
  • 3 cucchiai di coriandolo appena raccolto, tritato finemente
  • 60 ml di succo di lime
  • 1 cucchiaio di sale
  • 3 – 4 cucchiai di miele
  • 1/2 peperoncino fresco, senza semi e tritato finemente
  • 2 cucchiai di marmellata dolce
  1. Metti tutti i tuoi ingredienti in una grande ciotola.
  2. Mescolare bene per combinare e lasciarlo a temperatura ambiente per un massimo di 30 minuti, il che darà tempo a tutti gli aromi.
  3. Servire!

It is no different in the kitchen. Nearly all foods served at an Italian table have been gathered from someones garden or field, and is then served alongside homemade, pasta, gnocchi, and countless dishes that could not be recounted in this tiny space since each family's knowledge is unique ... well, you can only imagine. I have walked Rome, climbed to the top of the Vatican, seen Milan, Venice, the Cinque Terre, climbed mountains, walked The Path of the Gods, wandered the great city of Napoli, lived on the little Island of Ponza and gathered a pile of friends, family and photographs as well as invalueable experience along the way. I became a new immigrant to the U.S.A on December 15th, 2013. With the support of many great friends and a passion (bordering on obsession), I am here in search of the American Dream and to bring you the natural flavours and vibrant colours of Italy. All my pasta, gnocchi and biscotti are made by hand just as I saw Italians do in homes and good restaurants all over Italy, every day and sometimes, twice a day.
