Insalata di finocchio con salsa dolce di peperoncino

Vedete….il finocchio è felice cucinato e servito in questa ricetta  viene servito crudo  con peperoncino dolce ed altri ingredienti. Noi crediamo che il finocchio è tristemente sotto utilizzato come ingrediente. Così, abbiamo pensato che sarebbe stata una grande idea  introdurre nel nostro menù anche questa variante per  voi che non gradite accendere il fornello .. con un filo di peperoncino dolce cambierai idea !!!!!!! .

Ingredienti: Per l’insalata

  • 2 avocado
  • 2 – 4 finocchi, affettati sottilmente con una mezza luna.
  • Manciata di pomodorini, dimezzato
  • Manciata di crescione, rimuovi i gambi duri

Per il condimento

  • 2 cucchiai di  cipolle rosse tritate
  • 2 piccoli spicchi d’aglio, schiacciato
  • 4 cucchiai di olio d’oliva
  • 2 cucchiai di salsa di peperoncino dolce
  • La scorza grattugiata e il succo di 1 lime

Esecuzione

  1. Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti in una ciotola premendo la cipolla contro i lati per aiutarla a  rilasciare il suo sapore.
  2. Tagliare a metà  gli avocado e togliere la buccia
  3. Tagliate a fette dello spessore di una matita
  4. In una terrina aggiungere le fette di avocado, finocchi, pomodori, crescione e Salza di peperoncino dolce  delicatamente mescola per amalgamare i sapori.
  5. Insalata di finocchio con salsa dolce di peperoncino Servire subito

I have walked Rome, climbed to the top of the Vatican, seen Milan, Venice, the Cinque Terre, climbed mountains, walked The Path of the Gods, wandered the great city of Napoli, lived on the little Island of Ponza and gathered a pile of friends, family and photographs as well as invalueable experience along the way. I became a new immigrant to the U.S.A on December 15th, 2013. With the support of many great friends and a passion (bordering on obsession), I am here in search of the American Dream and to bring you the natural flavours and vibrant colours of Italy. All my pasta, gnocchi and biscotti are made by hand just as I saw Italians do in homes and good restaurants all over Italy, every day and sometimes, twice a day.
