Dessert tipico della buona cucina Toscana. L&#8217;impasto dei cantucci \u00e8 versatile e di semplice realizzazione, oltre le mandorle ottimo anche con l&#8217;aggiunta di pistacchi o con uvetta e noci, con le nocciole e per i pi\u00f9 golosi con il cioccolato. Questi gustosi e profumati biscottini si gustano inzuppati leggermente nel Vin Santo, vino locale, oppure accompagnati anche da vini liquorosi o passiti. Ottenuto un composto semi omogeneo unite anche le mandorle precedentemente tostate. Formate un panetto e con un tarocco dividete a met\u00e0. Con le mani arrotolate ottenendo due salsicciotti con larghezza di 4 cm, mettete su una placca da forno ed infornate a 180\u00b0 per 20\u2019, con forno statico preriscaldato. Appena i biscotti saranno dorati sfornate e lasciate raffreddare per qualche minuto. Tagliate i biscotti a fette con il coltello nel senso obliquo con uno spessore di 2 cm, ottenendo cos\u00ec la forma del cantuccio. Capovolgete e posizionate i biscotti all&#8217;interno della placca da forno dopo di che rimettete a cuocere ancora altri 10&#8242;.
