Sono soffici e facili da preparare, delle<em><strong> lingue di focaccia<\/strong> <\/em>che restano morbide per pi\u00f9 giorni.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;<strong>impasto<\/strong> \u00e8 a base di <em>semola<\/em> con l&#8217;aggiunta di poca <em>farina<\/em> forte, <em>acqua, lievito di birra<\/em> e <em>olio di oliva<\/em>. Lunga lievitazione e poco lievito di birra in modo da ottenere un pane soffice e digeribile, che non gonfia. Pi\u00f9 lievito userete pi\u00f9 i <strong>tempi di lievitazione<\/strong> saranno rapidi, ma non usatene troppo o avvertire il sapore del lievito.<\/p>\n<p>In alternativa al lievito di birra potreste usare anche il<strong> lievito madre fresco<\/strong> e rinfrescato, seguite <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.giallozafferano.it\/studentiaifornelli\/filoncini-di-semola-soffici-ricetta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>questa ricetta<\/strong><\/a> per avere tutte le informazioni nel dettaglio.<\/p>\n<p>La forma da dare all&#8217;impasto \u00e8 allungata, in questo modo e con queste dosi, otterrete 4 filoncini di pane. Si spennellano poi con olio di oliva e si aggiunge il rosmarino che in cottura sprigiona un profumo delizioso. A questo punto sono pronti per una seconda lievitazione, pi\u00f9 veloce.<\/p>\n<p>La<strong> cottura dei filoncini<\/strong> \u00e8 in<em><strong> forno statico<\/strong> <\/em>ad alte temperature cos\u00ec da ottenere un <strong><em>pane ben cotto<\/em><\/strong> e e alveolato.
