Spaghetti with crabmeat
Spaghetti with crab meat is a delicious and easy recipe. A tasty dish for a special dinner or lunch to share with your guests.
- 350 gr spaghetti
- 200 gr crab meat
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- 4-6 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, pepper
To prepare this dish I use canned crab meat that I have to say it is very tasty.
Peel the shallots and the garlic and chop finely. Wash the parsley, dry it gently and chop finely.
Pour the olive oil in a pan, heat slightly, add the shallots and garlic with some chopped parsley and lsaute for a few minutes.
Add the crab meat and saute for 2 minutes, stirring. Season with salt and pepper and cook over moderate heat for about 3 minutes.
Meanwhile,bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt and cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain the spaghetti and pour into the pan with the crab meat, add a few tablespoons of the pasta cooking water, sprinkle with the remaining chopped parsley, and cook for 2 minutes stirring.
