- 350 g pens
for arugula pesto
- 100 g arugula
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 g pine nuts
- 40 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 40 g grated pecorino cheese
- 150 ml olive oil
- salt

Pasta with arugula pesto recipe for a tasty dish in a short time!
Wash the arugula in cold water and pat dry.
Combine the arugula, clove of peeled garlic, grated cheeses, pine nuts and salt in a food processor or blender and blend until finely chopped.
Add gradually the olive oil, processing until well blended.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
When the pasta is ready, drain and toss with the pesto.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of the cooking liquid, stirring.
Serve and enjoy pasta with arugula pesto!
Note
You can replace the pens with the type of pasta you prefer.
